Nelson Big Band @ 2025 Christchurch BB Fest

On Labour Weekend 2025, the Nelson Jazz Club Big Band once again proudly represented the top of the south island down at the Christchurch Big Band Festival.

The journey was delayed and altered due to some extreme weather events, but the band made it down for a Friday night Jam Session and then a number of Gigs through the weekend .. including a summery outdoor set at Riverside Market, the fantastic Pub venues; Fat Eddies Bar, The Church Pub and A Rolling Stone Pub .. and an appearance on the big night of the Boogie Ball at the Arts Centre.
